Really pleased that you enjoy working with the senior Management team! As much as we work hard in hospitality, you have to make time for fun :)
We do tend to have long serving management team, which unfortunately means that sometimes you might need to stay a little longer in your current role before progressing. Because of this, we have increased our Learning and Development offerings, so there is more opportunities for professional and personal growth while in your current role.
