      Encountered a good team….. made good friends who met as colleagues but became friends

      Cons

      - No guidance - zero planning and strategy - Daily changing strategy - zero value for employees and there knowledge - Rude management - False promises while hiring which are forgotten as soon as you join - Favouritism - They think talented people are only those who have big college tags - Chauvinist - No work culture

      Har Bed Dozee Bed is Not Possible with current strategy in a year.

      Office Culture is good. Work Must be done, flexible timings

      Cons

      Work Culture is bad. No Planning just hustling with the projects result is below average grade product. not at all reliable. Datas are manipulated. No Proper strategy Frequent Strategy change which results to wastage of resources and energy. Money spent on marketing and branding rather than product development. Product is extremely unreliable. Money should have been spent on Core Tech ( Coders, Developers, Electronics, Firmware, Product Teams etc but was spent in co-curricular activities. if this company goes down (which I don't want), last above line will be the reason. People are good it's just the Strategy and Planning could have been much better
