Pros

Good Corporate Leadership, Good Benefits and competitive salary. Company has been undergoing (positive) changes globally (i.e. Employee Empowerment, Employee Innovation Encouragement).

Cons

Experiencing deep problems in Andover. Culture of fear is most prevalent here. Very low moral, high employee turn-over. Many long timers (10-16 plus years) are leaving the company. The Andover site is much different (and worse) now than it was a year ago. A person returning now would probably not recognize the place from a cultural perspective. It's very sad to see because the company does have great potential.
