Pros

Pay. But trust me it’s not worth the stress

Cons

Management, Internal calls all day long. Let’s have a call to discuss the call. Micromanaged with an iron fist as another reviewer mentioned. People on my team literally cried on calls. Very negative atmosphere.

Pros

There are no pros really.

Cons

1) Nepotism is rules the roost. 2) Incompetent and incapable people at executive and management levels across the board because of the first bullet point. 3) Deceitful and dishonest HR department. 4) New CTO Zilong Tang is the most incompetent CTO ever however he feels that he's the smartest person to have walked on planet earth. Developers can't ask questions to him about his designs or vision. 5) CEO, James Chen surrounds himself with sycophants who just say yes to whatever he says however improbable it is. All these sycophants do is make a fool out of him and never tell him what is really going on in technology department.

Too many products not enough support.

Pros

Operations department had great upper management. Great people and friends.

Cons

Room for advancement is limited. CEO is fading away but comes back to driver quarterly speeches about how “blessed” he is to have everyone. But in reality he sets unrealistic goals that will never be met. The company is losing money and cutting the fish from the toes up.
