      Pros

      Always ready to work with cutting edge technology and innovate something that's never done before. Provides lots of opportunities to get your hands dirty with latest tech stuff. Compensation is at par with the industry if not better with good benefits package. Dev teams are full of super talented people that makes everyday a learning experience. Achievements are highly appreciated and rewarded promptly. The company is financially very stable and is a leading company in the healthcare IT industry. The flagship product is extensively used in the industry already with more clients joining by the day.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment along side innovation means work can be challenging at times, nothing unmanageable though. Organization of work for IT teams needs improvements. Priorities change rapidly and that can get stressful at times but the company seems to have realized this and steps have already been taken to mitigate these issues.

      Not a "sales organization" So many Managers who have no concept of how difficult it is to acquire new clients, who dictate how a things should be done. Countless unnecessary meetings Hire someone to clean up the Hubspot

      Nice Culture, terrible organization

      Pros

      The culture and outreach at DrFirst are very nice. They routinely setup events and try to reach out to people. The benefits and insurances are VERY good, and overall the tech projects are interesting to work on.

      Cons

      The organization of the company is absolutely abysmal. You feel like you're in a constant state of "who do I talk to next?" and things are rarely entirely fleshed out for you to work on, so you have to do more than your fair share of legwork to get full requirements or chase down details.
