      Cons

      - Very intense - ALL the time - Long hours (60+ p/w) - not "required" but certainly expected - Very little autonomy and lots of micromanagement - More time focused on internal meetings and reporting than getting actual work done

Employees are inspired to think outside the box, challenged to respond quickly to an always-evolving digital health market, and discover new, better, more efficient ways to get health care partners and patients to improved outcomes. Overall, a fantastic place to work for people who thrive in a fast-paced, tech-leading org.

      Cons

      Fully remote workforce, which can be a challenge initially in terms of communication and culture; for some, at least.
