Things have really turned around

Pros

High quality employees Great products Really good culture Continually striving to improve Desire to be the best Working on process improvement -- process that makes sense and supports productivity.

Cons

Suffering from growing pains -- no longer a small shop. Need to continue to work on process improvement so that expectations are clear. Also suffering from some previous management issues. Previous CTO caused some real issues but management has changed and things are getting better.
