There is a lot to learn here. Management is very encouraging over all and the company has a very informal atmosphere where you can just walk up to anyone if needed. They do appreciate your hard work and are willing to reward for the same too. There is a lot of opportunity to grow in this company if you are willing to work and give in your best. Everyone works together to meet the goals and deadlines. They are trying to bring a change and make things more professional and things are improving. Working here is very exciting and you will never get time to get bored. They make sure you are busy which for me that comes in "pros" but not a "con". The fast pace in this company keeps you going. Even though they are growing quite fast, they are still trying to retain their values as a small company. Upper management has excellent vision and wants not just the company to grow but also want their employees to succeed.

The people are world class. DrFirst really looks for folks that are dedicated, and are willing to invest and reward those who learn, show diligence and look out for the company's interests. I've been able to be promoted and know firsthand how hard the company tries to enable it's employees to succeed.
