      Great onboarding experience

      Pros

      The first day onboarding/orientation experience is great at DraftKings. The onboarding took pretty much an entire day. I was emerged into the company culture, its history, and vision. I also had a session with the IT team to setup the company provided laptop. I'm pretty happy with how the onboarding went for me. It's truly world class.

      Cons

      The info received during the onboarding is heavily tailed towards US employees. It'd be great to consider employees from other countries, as well, such as Canada.

      The happy hours are the only good thing

      Cons

      Incompetent and sleazy managers, Lack of proper workflow management. No correlation between job description and actual work. Company culture was based on screaming at employees. No work life balance.
