      Pros

      DraftKings gives its employees a lot of trust on the position they hold, that gives employees a lot of confidence making us take more ownership of tasks and that consequently creates growth professionally. The company is aways concerned on how to offer employees with the best compensations, making sure we feel appreciated. I feel that the company also works to offer employees a well-balanced work and personal life and that is so important. I total recommend this company as a great place to work.
