      Pros

      I have been working in the company for about a month now but for now, the company makes me feel like my opinion matters. They are constantly asking and seeking ways to improve, and I feel like that's valid for each employee that I've worked with in DraftKings. I really like the team that I am working with as well.

      Cons

      The company is bigger than what I am used to so it's harder to orient which is where although everything seems well organized. I guess it's a matter of time for me to get used to it.

      Pros

      Working at DraftKings is a pretty good deal, I must say. They understand the importance of work-life balance, so that's a huge plus. The atmosphere in the office is cool; everyone's friendly, and teamwork comes naturally. Also, the benefits package is great. But what really makes it special is the people that make this place remarkable and create a strong sense of belonging and support.

      Cons

      Certain processes could benefit from some refinement, but it's worth noting that there has been a noticeable and positive overall change recently.
