Pros

Laid back environment, nice people to work with

Cons

Unethically put you in a shift that does not allow for any work life balance. They wait a month to tell you the hours you will work, then string you along saying it will change. The pay is horrible and the hours are inflexible and there is no room for growth within the company. There is no incentive to do good work here. Stay away from customer service.

Pros

- nice, relaxed people - slightly above average compensation - 35 hours a week other than oncall - very high WFH flexibility - fun products to work on sometimes - a few really talented engineers that stay for the product

Cons

- low pay for high performers - work is not super challenging - some managers don’t seem to put in effort toward the growth of those under them - ONCALL: the oncall is pretty unreasonable here; there is not enough focus on reducing unnecessary pages in basically all teams. Oncall should really be paid given this.
