      They care more about passionate people than experience Great culture Solid Dental/Vision/Medical Remote-Flexible (for now)

      Pay is below industry average While the C-suite executives are inspiring, senior management is out of touch on basically everything. Because of that, internal communications leave much to be desired: KPIs, OKRs, and email communication were unclear at best during my period of employment Still stuck on returning to office "eventually". Lots of outsourced, untrained contractors that often create more work for full time employees by either misinforming clients or failing to follow procedures.
