      Pros

      I’ve only been here a short time, but the onboarding experience has already exceeded my expectations. The people are welcoming, the culture feels genuine, and leadership seems committed to transparency and growth. I appreciated the fun and thoughtful team-building activities during my first week—it really helped me feel part of the team right away.

      Cons

      It’s early, so I haven’t run into major issues yet. Like any fast-moving company, there’s a lot to learn quickly, but I’ve felt supported every step of the way.
