      Pros

      - People are truly remarkable. Incredibly bright, always willing to teach/help, and relentlessly passionate about the company's success. Also great friends outside of the office - Flat hierarchy: Good ideas come from all levels, and they are appreciated & taken seriously - Meritocratic: Strong performers are rewarded quickly & appropriately. No fixed timelines for leveling - Dynamic & fast-paced. Countless opportunities to take on impactful work at all levels

      - Fast pace = evolving priorities. Projects can be unexpectedly paused with limited or unclear rationale

      Compensation is nice however more of your total comp is in stock than preferable.

      Cons

      High stress environment especially peak season. Not much work life balance and don't think about balancing family life unless you can hire it out or have a stay at home.

      Not a merit based culture

      Pros

      Decent benefits and PTO. Some decent co-workers.

      Cons

      Poor management, inconsistent non-actionable vague feedback is not common. Very inconsistent leveling where DEI is prioritized over merit. DEI hires get to coast while non-DEI hires are picking up the slack. Mangers regularly try to game the 360 review process and metrics are more important than actual business value delivered. Empire building managers. Very bureaucratic processes that do not contribute to increasing quality or value delivered.
