Very toxic work environment, a bro mentality, and not knowing how to work with remote employees made this job a nightmare.

Unlimited time off, free food.

Cons

Very chaotic and not a serious business. Licensing process is rushed and you need to pay for it out of your own pocket. You won't be thanked for doing a good job.
