Pros

Established company, big player in igaming

Cons

Their team is pretty outdated. Moves slow because this is a larger company. Social media team has social media experience but lacks any interest in actual sports or betting at all, which was glaring and made the environment unwelcoming. The CEO has no idea how to market. Stock is tanking and hopefully will continue. I hope Kalshi and Polymarket win

Pros

-Nice office, snacks, free haircuts/nail appointments -Fun young people -Happy hours -Not crazy hours work wise

Cons

- Not the same as it used to be/has become very corporate - So much office politics/favoritism - Analytics is just constant gaslighting from leaders who can't do any work/can't lead or set direction - 2 major cliques - the SVP's favorites or the Women in Analytics.... if you aren't in those 2 good luck getting promoted
