Pros

Great Location, Great Benefits, Great Engineers

Cons

Diversity is just a word here. Women are second class citizens, (women treat women terribly at all levels). 99% of managers are only in it for themselves, they don't actually have the qualifications or skill sets to manage people. That why there is such a big exodus from the company. Bad managers kiss up to keep their jobs. If there was a 360 review process, Draper could probably clean house to recruit managers that actually care about developing and mentoring their employees.

Pros

Great environment and benefits package. The work is top notch and socially conscious. Supportive management that want to help employees

Cons

Processes are archaic. A lot of people that are unwilling to change. The construction will take a few years to be completed. The area is very competitive. They do not have a gym facility
