1. Great mentorship culture. Experienced engineers love helping out us noobies.
2. Great pay. Pay is a flat rate based on your year in college. Min is 25(freshman), max is 31.5(senior). grad interns also get payed more, up to 37 I think.

When you initially get started, it can be hard to get involved depending on the team you're on.
Draper has a lot of great things going on. You have the ability to switch groups and work on different projects every year or so if you desire. Also they will pay for your Doctorate!
Cons
Large company so some things take a while to get done. Lots and Lots of military contracts.
