      They are very good work environment

      Pros

      Best part is you can be creative at work, give your suggestions and ideas. And they have good benefits and casual work environment

      Cons

      They have a small technical group. The only problem when i was working was it does not have a QA team.

      Pros

      Everyone worked really hard over very long hours and kept a level head about what they were doing. Company celebrated successes, moreso in So Cal put to be expected given that was the corporate office.

      Cons

      Management was a little chaotic at times but the focus was what ended up on the screen. Budgets and horse trading of talent was tough. People are on employment contracts for the most part which has it's pros and cons.

      It's a place to test your technical know-how about the job as you would find quite a lot of problems to solve, thereby growing your expertise.

      Cons

      Too many interferences from management.
