Pros

None that I can really think of. The only ones that brings to mind is sometimes company paid lunch and can make a decent amount of money during "Tax Time."

Cons

-Working 50+ Hours a Week. -Yearly "Pay Enhancements" that lead into reduction on commission/bonuses and requiring you to produce more and work longer to make the same amount of money you did last year. -Limited career progression past Sales Advisor and promotions are only awarded to corporate Kool-Aid drinking drones. -Corporate leadership lies to customers and employees alike. -No work life balance. -Selling lemons and leasing broken cars to customers at a high price and high interest rate. -High default rate on loans and cars being returned because they broke down and the repairs were not covered by the "warranty." -Sales Advisors are scared of leasing and selling vehicles due to the fear of the car breaking down and losing a customer and losing the commission. -Most of a Sales Advisor's day is cold calling 60 calls a day, trying to sell cars, dealing with customer complaints, replacing dead car batteries and worrying about making enough money to support their family.

Pros

Great Starting pay, I made 30,000 base and made 45,000 my first year. I worked with a great team. I really liked the nice family feel. It felt like having my own business. I made some real connections with customers. I also really liked test driving cars, I got experience with so many different types of makes and models.

Cons

Long hrs. Sometimes I would work bell to bell during tax season 9-9. Or I would be at work until 11-12 at night closing a tough deal. Some customers were very unprepared to by cars. I had to reminded them to bring their driver's lic. Drive time has super high payments and high interest rates. It makes closing cars really hard. After working there for 2 1/2 years I was laid off. They called me in on my day off and made me wait for 2 hrs before I was laid off and given my severance check. It was sad and very deeming and honestly made me loose so much trust in companies. Also there was lost of drama at the store over splitting deals. If you sell cars they treat you great. If you don't produce you will be treated poorly.

Thank you for your feedback. While we recognize our busy season hours can be long, we are always looking for ways to improve the work/life balance and increase incentives to make this time worth-while for our employees. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts to help us continue to do so.

Pros

They pay hourly and there is steady work year round. During the buildup to tax season you can get overtime too. You always know what your schedule will be and you always know what your paycheck should be. The health insurance is good and they give out plenty of PTO.

Cons

The inspection centers start work at 6:00 am this may be a pro to some but I'm not a morning person. Also they only do raises once a year, if you get one it isn't much. At least that's what I'm told, I've never got one yet.
