Pros

Office work was fun, and easy.

Cons

Sales managers are allowed to micro manage office managers and office staff far too much. Most sales managers are men, in fact I didn't know 1 female one in my area, and office staff and managers are women. So sales managers were always over stepping into our department. It was obnoxious, and gave them far too much power to not do their jobs and their sales people do their jobs, but force the office people to take on their responsibilities. They say that they promote from within and have lots of growth opportunities but that's false.

Pros

Great place to work, fantastic company culture with open door policy, the best managers I have ever worked with, rewarding and fun work atmosphere, monthly (uncapped) bonus incentives, great pay and opportunities to advance quickly

Cons

This isn't something negative for me personally, but if you consider doing this job you shouldn't be afraid of being on the phone most of your day and meeting high expectations on a day to day basis.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, ability to relocate

Cons

Aforementioned a very high school environment, everyone gossips and forms cliques, poor management training, EXTREMELY poor work life balance, development is based on social interactions, not performance .. Will run over you if you don't stand your grounds from the very start
