Pros

Paid time off and the tuition reimbursement program are great. Overall, health benefits are good, but co-pays and deductibles can be pricey.

Cons

Requiring a Bachelor's Degree to be considered for an entry level position is absurd. Some management appears aloof, distant, condescending and hard to relate to.
