Pros

Great benefits package; you work with awesome people & meeting new people everyday is great! Great selection of vehicles for customers!

Cons

The hours are horrendous! Definitely not a 40hour work week; you are paid salary so the expectation is to work 60hrs/wk during regular season and 80hrs/wk during tax season
