Pros

In the Operations Office where I work there are many recent grads, so the environment is in that manner. salary+bonus and benifits structure for most positions are awesome! DT also participates in partnerships with schools to further your education and have a stake in personal development.

Cons

Some parts of the Operations Office are call center environments. enough said.

Pros

Great opportunity for a long term career as long as you're able to adapt with the culture, managers are compensated with a "demo" vehicle, decent benefit and paid time off package, and there a few individuals in upper management who are excellent mentors.

Cons

Easy to be complacent, salary does not compensate for work/life balance and many 12+ hour days, very inconsistent culture from dealership to dealership, company is "soft" on the inside.
