Pros

nice people, some managers are extremely helpful good bonuses usually

Cons

no shift flexibility, a lot of favoritism and it’s pretty obvious. some ppl are promoted without having full knowledge of things.

Decent pay for the job; Sales team members worked well together.

Cons

Disconnect between Sales Managers and sales team due to corporate pressure and oversight; continuous short-sighted process/program changes from corporate - lack of morale and team environment as a result; No sense of work/life balance.
