Meet some nice people. Work your available hours

Cons

Watch your payroll. Driveline doesn't always paid correct amount. No pay for training or computer time. This include work orders or reporting your job. Be prepared to send alot on printer paper and ink at your expense.

Flexible schedule and projects and work sites. Work independently or with a team.You have liberty to pick the projects you want.The projects can vary with physical demands. If you don't need benefits, it's an ok PT/FT job.

Cons

Scheduling can change a lot and at the last minute. A lot of the Team Leaders are paid the same as the Helpers. The Leaders should be paid more for having more responsibilities on the job and with the follow up work after projects are done. The Helpers only need to help and go home. No benefits. Pay could be better for the work.
