      A great place to jump start career growth

      Pros

      The best part of working at Dropoff is the people. They care about the character of who works here and it shows. Every member of the sales team is someone I would consider a good friend. While everyone at the company across all departments has always come across as friendly and helpful. -The sales team leader is a leader in every sense of the word. He makes you want to do well for your own growth and invest in yourself. -The opportunities at Dropoff to grow within the company are also great. I have seen many people get promoted during my time at Dropoff. -HR and the entire growth team are available to listen to any concerns about the company you may have.

      Cons

      -It can be hard to deal with the constant pace of change at a dynamic company. It’s not for everyone. -From a sales side it can be difficult to sell your deals internally if they don’t hit a certain criteria.

      Great Company, Even Better People

      Pros

      Excellent people, really good culture and work environment. Very collaborative group who are all results oriented. The company growth at Dropoff has skyrocketed and continues to grow with plenty of opportunity for future growth for employees.

      Cons

      No challenges worth mentioning unless you consider a high pace environment a challenge. No 401k match.
