      Pros

      Flexible Management that really cares. Being part of the "team" and feeling like what I am doing in my job contributes to the success of the company as a whole. Potential for growth. Positive work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Having to deal with traffic, crazy drivers, and toll roads. (Not Dropoff's fault though.)
