      Pros

      Amazing start up that is growing quickly and has a great culture. There is plenty of opportunity to move up in the company.

      Cons

      A lot of change all of the time but that comes with working for a start up.

      Pros

      I love working in a modern and forward thinking environment. Dropoff is just that. Empowering folks to have a voice and contribute to the overall success of the company. I enjoy working with such a passionate hard working team. Waking up every morning and wanting to get to work ASAP to help make a difference and grow this company is an amazing feeling!

      Cons

      Dropoff is a "start-up" and with that comes change very frequently. I do not see this as a con. If you do not like change it is not for you.
