Pros

Base hourly pay($10-$13/hour not $15 like they advertise), commission on products sold( if you don't mind hovering over the person checking your client out so they don't steal your commission), health insurance( which is the cheapest plans that don't pay for anything) not much for pros. 💁🏾

Cons

Unsanitary practices, receptionists stealing commission from stylists, last minute call outs and hour cuts, last minute calls to come in, inexperienced management, taxation issues the list goes on
