Pros

It's good for beginners needing experience with different textures of hair. They're pretty flexible with the hours at least the UES location is. And weekly pay is always a plus! And all tools are provided!

Cons

No growth whatsoever. Whatever you came in as is what you're going to be your entire time at drybar. I'm not a fan of the tools or the products both equally over priced and not worth it. If the pay were higher or even commission based it would be way better!

Pros

Opportunity to gain experience on the floor working with clients Overall fun environment 50% off of products Clients are usually fun to work with

Cons

Constantly call you off when it's slow Low hourly pay Don't give breaks! I've seen co-workers get no break during a 12 hour shift They wan't you to pressure the clients into buying product They constantly over book, which can get stressful
