Pros

- free blowouts Monday - Thursday - trendy work environment - pick your own schedule

Cons

- you are paid 8.25 an hour, however it is 7.25 if you are late to any shifts that week - expect to spend most of your day cleaning the store - hours are either 6:30am -1pm or 1pm-7pm - management can be unfriendly, the staff is a revolving door

Pros

There are a lot of perks working with this company! From my initial interaction with Christina, Corporate Recruiter I knew this was an opportunity I could not pass up. My team and manager are highly supportive and it continues to reassure me that I made the right step in my career. The office is big on celebrating each individual whether it is a birthday, engagement, or promotion. As an employee, it is always great working for an organization that makes you feel relevant. I love Drybar!

Cons

For a company to offer benefits and a 401k plan it is hard to have something negative to say. Drybar does a great job taking care of their employees.
