Nothing, some of the hairstylists are cool

Cons

Everything. Don’t apply. Area manager will charge you for a blowout and ignore you. They over book and expect you to handle it and get yelled at by customers every single day. Lasted 2 months, hated it.

I learned so much working at Drybar. The education was plentiful and the hours were given to me that I needed to succeed.

Cons

We weren't given sufficient breaks. There was a lawsuit about this later on.
