      Flexible, good people, fun environment, good music, dedicated management, paid time off in AZ starting soon, 40% off products, opportunity for double commission

      Cons

      Can be VERY busy and taxing on wrists, for spending all that money on school the hourly isn't great. Opportunity for raises not writen out, unorganized. No benefits. Limited higher paying positions.

      Super fun company to work for, the company is growing in so many ways so there is potential to grow your career in many ways. Large product and tool discount, fun coworkers and Managers. Flexible schedule- can work in your own studio and take cut and color clients. Steady paycheck

      Can be super busy so it can be hard on your body at times but the days balance out normally.
