      Pros

      Upbeat environment, bright and fun atmosphere, good for cosmetologists straight out of school, tips, discount on products, chance to move up in the company

      Cons

      Money hungry company, cares more about clients then employees, pyramid scheme way of business (little people work to make big people rich) your arms/back will ache for $9 an hour, always on your feet 😏

      Pros

      Helped with building blowdry technique. We worked as a team.

      Cons

      Hours are not relaible. You could be scheduled to work certain hours but you can be called off last minute if they don't book enough appointments beforehand. Days off you are responsible to find coverage not managers job. It is at their discretion if they give you time off depending on if they need an extra hand that day. So you could be denied.

      Pros

      *Really fun company! *Established brand and always growing. *Employees are so nice. It really feels like a big family. *401K, benefits, PTO, great product discount, etc. And they’re always working towards adding more. *SO many clients at Drybar/Drybar is well-known.

      Cons

      Like any “younger”, growing company, there can be a lot of changes while adjusting/figuring out what works and what doesn’t.
