Pros
I have worked in the headquarters for almost a year now and truly love where I work. There have been reviews on here about how there is no heart and soul and it is a yelling match. This is not the case. Bottom line is in the business world things change and new leaders are brought in to take it to the next level. If you don't change you don't stay relevant whether it's in the beauty industry or any other. Yes change is happening here but it's not bad. It's a great thing. Change is what makes a person grow and can challenge themsleves. I truly love my team and coming into work to say hi to everybody.
Drybar is my family. When I have had tough days my team and those around me cheered me up. I get to work in a awesome environment and have some laughs throughout the day. There are potlucks , Frisbees being thrown over my head , and doggies running around. We have the we trust work environment where no one is breathing over your shoulder watching your every move, but where they all trust that we will get work done and we do. It's always great to see Michael and Alli around the office and I am proud to work for their company. They care about their employees and even did a heartfelt surprise for us last week during our town-hall that I was just in awe about.
The people are great, the products are great and I see longevity with this company. I want to grow and make a impact as my colleagues have. It's one thing to be frustrated with your job it's another thing to try to tarnish the name and that's not right. There is heart and soul, this is a family, my Drybar family.
