Pros

Good training and good coworkers

Cons

Hours constantly cut even though they’re always hiring more stylists, terrible communication, lots of sudden last minute changes, never listening to staff feedback

Pros

- Intensive training - Sweet coworkers - Clean, quality products - Continuing education courses - The company as a whole is great. Unfortunate that my location had to ruin my experience.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. 45 minutes back to back to consult, fully shampoo/dry/style in "the Drybar way," sell memberships and product and disinfect/restock. Constantly cutting hours - I was a full-time employee and I was lucky to get 25 hours a week. Was very demanding, required to post on social media (was not disclosed in interview), disrespected my time off. Felt like they cared more about the bartenders than the stylists. Very low pay considering the price of a service and the work I did. and the BS you have to put up with.
