Unrealistic expectations. 45 minutes back to back to consult, fully shampoo/dry/style in "the Drybar way," sell memberships and product and disinfect/restock.
Constantly cutting hours - I was a full-time employee and I was lucky to get 25 hours a week.
Was very demanding, required to post on social media (was not disclosed in interview), disrespected my time off. Felt like they cared more about the bartenders than the stylists. Very low pay considering the price of a service and the work I did. and the BS you have to put up with.
