There are always new things to learn and everyone is nice and willing to help. It's a great way to get your foot in the HR world and learn the basics.

Pros

Duet provides volunteers to assist homebound adults, assists caregivers and grandparent raising grandchildren with multi services, and supports nurses who work in their faith communities. Duet brings much needed support to many who may not otherwise receive it. The work environment is warm and friendly.

Cons

Could be even more successful in the future by employing additional "for profit" business practices.
