Pros

Depending on your supervisor once established, you can form a great bond weekends and holidays off unless there is storm duty.

Cons

As with any call center job. The metrics that is set up is very difficult to achieve above average scores. The call handling that is back to back can be very exhausting. Although your leadership previously held similar positions, their lack of empathy is disturbing. A lot of great areas within the company depending on who the supervisor is. Quarterly bonuses have been taken away which decreased yearly compensation by almost $4000.
