      Pros

      None they hired a manager based nothing on merit only the slot they fit in. They literally during a meeting said, I really dont know the technical parts of what we are doing in a highly technical cisco build.

      Pros

      Supervisors take care of you. Pay is good as well when the union contract goes well. Job is a job, you work hard you make good money and if you don’t they will work with you but don’t test it. If you have problems at home they will work with you to get you the help needed. Very involved. You learn a lot and need to learn a lot but the work pays off tenfold.

      Your boss’s boss’s are like many companies they say they care but that’s up to your interpretation
