Almost every year Sr. Management restructures and employees are stressed out to see if their job is cut. Poor communication for restructuring. You come in to work and are told your position has been eliminated. Pack your personal belongings. Sr. Leadership always receives bonus when employees get partial bonus. Big industry your only a number on a spreadsheet. Be prepared to be treated like a criminal if your position is eliminated. HR does a poor job supporting you when your position is eliminated. If you are not in the click or one of the boys you have no protection.
