      Pros

      Good place to work overall, good pay and benefits, 401k, great co-workers and work schedule for the most part

      Cons

      Some work schedules are not good at all, such as the 12 hour rotating day and night shifts- one week of 12 hour days, then one week of 12 hour nights, then repeat. Company way too top heavy with management!

      Pros

      The pay in nuclear is very good. Good chance for advancement. The best money I have made with out a college degree. They hire veterans.

      Cons

      The schedule is rotating shifts and the outages are grueling. Sometime 70 + hours a week. Very process heavy.
