Pros

Good pay, good benefits, good co workers, a lot of job opportunites

Cons

Some union jobs some not so pay was based off of this info, upper management picked and choose who they hired.

Benefits and salary (including annual bonus structure). Raleigh building recently remodeled including perks like a gym, recreational games, snack bar

Depending on manager, progress and recognition can be pretty political, with little or no attention to remediating that by upper management. Employees often feel the need to overstate their workload and too often there is an attitude of no we can't rather than yes we can do something
