Cons

The company is regulated which requires additional reporting during the quarter end and year end. The raises are not that good. So get your money when you come in the door.

Large company and the perks that come with it.

Cons

They own your time at work and away. No hesitation to call you any time no matter when: night, personal time off, holiday. I had about 13 managers in my 30+ years at DE. Several early in my career were top notch, The last ten years the work environment was consumed with lot's of process not related to our teams success but of course my team was expected to not miss a beat. Couldn't wait to leave. I was totally burned out with DE. I haven't missed DE one microsecond. If you consider the 'they own your off time' the compensation is well below average. Upper management speaks with forked tongue on work life balance.
