      Pros

      Great pay and benefits! Even in the bad times, employees receive bonuses. Great work in the communities it serves too. Definitely one of the best companies in NC to work for.

      Cons

      Any cons are outweighed by the positives. Like any business, work demands are high. I would attribute those to the high standards the company has for its employees.

      Pros

      Never boring, and highly engaging. Very good pay as a contractor.

      Cons

      Excessive work hours. Always in a state of panic. Very little proactive management. Permanent employees paid below industry standard which encourages the better employees to leave for contract opportunities or A&E firms. Ridiculous contract oversight and auditing practices that can and often do lead to career ending ramifications for mere clerical errors on documents. Highly unprofessional and apathetic.

      The company had good benefits and lots of room for advancement. They are commited to helping grow their employees

      Cons

      Upper management made some really poor decisions when I worked there. Delayed in making crucial decisions resulting in a lot of wasted work.
