      Pros

      Big company with ample opportunities. Undergoing serious change and as a result, there are many role and many projects that one can work on.

      Cons

      Large company has large company flaws. Too many people get away with doing too little. Not very agile. The vision is there but the will to accomplish many things gets lost along the way.

      Co-op experience provides an excellent way to learn about the various work opportunities across all of Duke Energy.

      Cons

      Large corporate environment means co-ops/interns may not always have meaningful work. Must search hard for rewarding projects depending on the rotation.
