      Compensation is fair, 401(k) matching is great, bonus is good, the people are great, work schedule flexibility is great within my department.

      Cons

      Telecom is highly process driven so something that used to take minutes can now take many hours.

      A good job is done to implement highly effective processes and procedures as well as overall governance during IT infrastructure implementation. Great benefits, flexible work schedules, highly competitive salaries

      Cons

      IT work groups are silo-ed both organizationally and functionally. Collaboration is often avoided with management support which makes it difficult to complete some tasks in a timely manner.

      Company is too big to be managed centrally, and treats employees like kids. Other departments are weak and some managers have checked out and just get by.
