Pros

Salary and benefits are good. Pays $5500 per year for education. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Management has no leadership experience. Workforce is old. Does not value college degrees. Many managers only have Associates degrees.

Pros

Good place to work overall, good pay and benefits, 401k, great co-workers and work schedule for the most part

Cons

Some work schedules are not good at all, such as the 12 hour rotating day and night shifts- one week of 12 hour days, then one week of 12 hour nights, then repeat. Company way too top heavy with management!
