Pros

Good Benefits and pay. I am sorry that those are the only pros I can think of at the time. But if you need a job no matter what, Anything will do.

Cons

Management only seems to be worried about the almighty dollar. You are expected to work (but they wont actually say it) 50-60 hrs or "whatever it takes" in a salary position and just take it with a smile.

Pros

Great, steady job that allows me to sleep in my own bed most nights. Challenging career with lots of growth opportunities.

Cons

The job can be tedious and unnecessarily difficult by slow, inefficient processes designed to prevent human performance errors.

Pros

OT available when wanted, mostly rural areas. Great wages for the area they serve. They treat their employees well and watch out for each other.

Cons

Management is delayed on new employee development and orientation. Communication is little to none from upper level to workers in the field.
